The Orem Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Utah Valley University is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs get started in business and help small businesses grow. Professional consultants at the center are passionate to see your business thrive and are available Monday-Friday between 7:30am-9pm to answer questions. The Orem SBDC serves Utah and Wasatch counties and collaborates with a network of resources statewide to ensure clients get the best professional assistance needed to succeed.

One of Utah Valley University’s top three initiatives is to be the primary economic development generator for Utah and Wasatch Counties. The Orem Small Business Development Center (SBDC) has offices at both campuses to help entrepreneurs get started in business, and to help small businesses during each stage of development. Our center offers four SBDC professional consultants that carry specialties in nearly every business field, and, have a wealth of experience to draw upon for one-on-one consulting sessions. In addition, each month, the Orem Center offers free classes on a variety of business management subjects, taught by professionals from the community.

About Camille

After completing an MBA from Utah State University, Camille was a consultant with the Connecticut-based Avraham Y. Goldratt Institute. There she helped many industries and types of business improve using the Theory of Constraints. She later became the Vice President of Manufacturing at Bal Seal Engineering, Inc. in California where she guided the fulfillment end of the company’s growth to $25 million. Currently a SBDC Regional Director, she mentors business owners and helps them to be successful.
