Funding Disclosure
The Utah Small Business Development Center (Utah SBDC) is a statewide program that supports economic growth by providing management, marketing, and technical assistance to small businesses throughout Utah. The program receives federal support through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
Utah SBDC services are provided on a nondiscriminatory basis to all U.S. citizens and legal residents. As a program supported through public funding, contracts, and partnerships with institutions and communities throughout the state, we are committed to transparency in how our program is funded. Below is a summary of the primary funding sources that support Utah SBDC operations.
Funding Partners
The Utah SBDC receives federal funding through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. Additional financial support is provided through contracts and partnerships with the State of Utah, host institutions, and local community partners across the state.
In accordance with Section 632 of Public Law 117-328, the following represents the federal funding disclosure for the Utah Small Business Development Center:
